This Privacy Policy explains how the GoRolli mobile application and website (together, the "Service") collect, use and protect your information. The Service is provided by Nocta OÜ ("we", "us"). GoRolli is a peer-to-peer trailer rental platform that connects people who want to rent a trailer with people who list their trailers.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account information — such as your name, email address and phone number, which you provide when you create an account.
Location data — see the dedicated section below.
Booking and listing information — trailers you list or book, dates, pickup/return details and related activity.
Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our own servers.
Usage and device information — basic technical and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. Location data

The GoRolli app may access approximate or precise location data when you grant the app location permission on your device.

We use location to provide core app functionality, including:

showing trailers and search results near you on the map;
pickup and return locations for a booking;
showing host and trailer locations and availability;
booking-related functionality and service operation, including location of a trailer during an active rental.

Location data is used to operate the Service. We do not sell your location data.

You can disable location permission at any time in your device settings. If location is turned off, some map, search and booking functions may be limited or unavailable.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to create and manage your account, show and book nearby trailers, process payments, operate maps and booking features, provide customer support, keep the Service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Service providers

To run the Service we use trusted third-party providers, who process data only as needed to provide their service. These may include providers for:

maps and location services (Google Maps);
app infrastructure, authentication and database (Google Firebase, Supabase);
payments (Stripe);
website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare);
analytics or diagnostics needed to operate and improve the Service, where applicable.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at noctaitinfo@gmail.com. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at noctaitinfo@gmail.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required to form a binding contract in their country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
